this part of the lyrics i feel its like what i'm feeling now larx. what is your view of life?
i have always been brought up with the usual traditions and customs of you know just obeying your elderly and respecting them. and i dare say, i have been giving almost 85% of my life. and no, i'm definitely not unhappy with how life is. its just, oh well, read on if you wanna know.
in life, there always come to a point of self-reflection. it's like coming through the customs, before you proceed to a new country, your particulars and everything has got to be checked. and of course, you must fit your identity. so now, i guess i'm at this transition period. to proceed to malaysia, indonesia, america, china, europe and stuffs. well, i'm just using the countries to describe the different goals in life i MIGHT have.
i'm really really glad that Jesus touched my life and transformed me. or else, i'll probably be hanging out with the wrong people. and perhaps, start committing crime, which will really break my parents heart. being brought up in a christian family is really a whole new different experience as compared to what i always wanted life to be. and i must say, during my younger days, life outside my house was a stage for me to act out the person i wanted to be.
however, that stopped shortly after i enter secondary school. perhaps that was the turning point in my life. God had enough of seeing me ruining my own life i guess. and ya, you probably can imagine what happen. i accepted Him as my Lord and Saviour and i really notice a change in my everyday lifestyle and all. of course, i'm still improving and trying to change, with His strength that is.
like what uncle blue always tell us, being a christian is tough. however, there's nothing too tough for our amazing God. and yes, the change we see in our life is a lifelong experience, not an overnight kindda thing.
i must say, ever since graduating from secondary school, i've matured alot in some ways, and i learn to accept things as it is, well, not always, but am trying.
but who says a christian dont fall. i did. and it was a hard fall. its as if God is reminding me to trust Him, have faith that everything is gonna be ok. when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. this saying should be changed to...
When the going gets tough, God gets it all going. (:
God has been very faithful to me. He answers not all but most of my prayers and he definitely am hurting to see me hurt. there's no words to describe his beauty, his gentleness and all. and i'm thankful.
thankful for friends like wohwoh, ahlianturkey, msg, joshie, potatoes, tiffany, corrin. thankful for my family. thankful for His love for me.
you know, when he lives in you, you just seem so nice and wonderful. however, there also always comes a time where you feel so tired of being who you're supposed to be. and i guess, i'm feeling that now.
its great to be nice larx. but sometimes, i gets quite tiring, especially when people dont acknowledge the fact that you're nice to them. no, i dont need praises and compliments, i just want people to not take it for granted. of course, being appreciated is a good feeling. because you know you're not doing for nothing.
aiya, its hard to explain what i want to say here.
i just want you to understand me. maybe you've tired. but that understanding is still waiting at the door..... are you letting it in?
